Charitable Giving Trust - Give & Grow
Village on The Isle - May 20th
While most of us are familiar with terms and concepts pertaining to Estate Planning, the phrase “Charitable Giving Trust” is not as commonplace as “Irrevocable Trust” or “Simple Will.” On May 20th, local attorney, Steven Ledbetter, will conduct a seminar providing information explaining what a Charitable Giving Trust is, entails, and the benefits. These charitable gifts will not only help the organizations the money is left to, but you are able to educate and include your family on the importance of charity, being philanthropic, and giving back.
Discussion to include:
Limited Seating - April 2, 2019 4PM-5PM
Asset Protection Planning Seminar Topics:
- Investment Accounts
- Real Property
- "Legacy for Children"
Join Attorney Steven Ledbetter as he discusses the importance of planning in advance to avoid crisis planning in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This will be a round table affair, where Steven will do an introduction to the topics and then open the floor up for questions.
