Steven W. Ledbetter is a licensed attorney representing clients throughout Sarasota, Charlotte and Manatee Counties in Estate Planning (e.g., Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Surrogate Designation), Probate, Trust Administration, Business Succession Planning, Guardianship, and Real Estate (including Title Insurance). He has been working as an attorney within these areas since 2002.
Attorney Ledbetter focuses on the goals of his clients, helping provide peace of mind and bring harmony to areas of the law that can otherwise seem complex and daunting.
With the help of his staff and paralegals who have in excess of 60 years combined experience in the probate and real estate fields, Attorney Ledbetter works with clients on a personal level for an affordable cost. He has clients all over the Gulf Coast of Florida, including Venice, North Port, Englewood, Osprey, Nokomis, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Punta Gorda.
Attorney Ledbetter is a regular speaker on the subjects of Estate Planning, Florida Residency, Trusts, and Homestead. In addition to having served as President of the South County Division of the Sarasota Bar Association, Steven continues to serve on the boards of many local non-profit and charitable organizations, as well as being active in the community through local service clubs and coaching soccer and baseball at the local YMCA.
Steven is married with twin boys, and both he and his spouse are native Floridians.
